History

Avalanche Brewing is located at 1151 Greene St. in the heart of Silverton, Colorado. In the last twelve years, the restaurant has undergone major renovations and relocation to bring you more delicious food and importantly more craft beer! Our 7bbl brewery, serves up to 15 of our very own elevated ales we hand craft just for you with some of the best tasting, cold water on the planet!

Brewery

The Avalanche Brewing Company has been brewing beer amongst the mighty San Juan Mountains in Silverton, Colorado since late 2011. Our beers are the obsession of owners and brewmasters Austin & Casie Lashley.. Like making the ascent to any one of the peaks that surround Silverton, there’s a lot of hard work behind pouring beer into your glass. We hope you find your first sip through the head of foam as rewarding as that first turn from the top through light fluffy powder and the empty glass as satisfying as the amazing view from the top of the peak!

Austin and Casie - serving up the same great artisan pizzas, wraps, and salads you've come to know. Don’t believe us? Ask a local! We’ve won the Taste of Silverton four years in a row and won the Certificate of Excellence from trip advisor. Blues and Brews of Delta for our Pride of the West Porter in 2014. This year we won (the big one) Blues and Brews of Telluride for Best of Fest 2016. We hope you love our place as much as we do!
